Ergonomic risk assessments for musculoskeletal disorders
Over the course of the past 11 years we have undertaken risk assessments for workers with musculoskeletal disorders (back pain, wrulds, rsi, neck pain, lower limb pain, etc) in all types of working environments - offices, assembly lines, light engineering, manufacturing, distribution, warehouses, cold storage etc.
We have carried out ergonomic assessments for all types of workers: drivers, warehouse workers, film inspection technicians, computer users, surveyors, gardeners, judges, teachers, engineers, architects, artists, security officers, police, fire, ambulance and armed forces, and many more occupations.
Risk assessment for musculoskeletal disorders
| Reason | To reduce the risk of further musculoskeletal injury, by assessing the work process and workplace, if this is not undertaken then the employer is not meeting Regulation 3 of the Management of Health and Safety at work regulations which requires that a suitable risk assessment is undertaken for each worker. |

Report
|
The report is comprehensive in covering, medical history, task, how the indvidual's condition impacts upon his or her work, analysis of the workstation, workplace and work process. Any solution or change suggested will be detailed and justified. If any products are suggested these to will be justified and full product specification will be given along with suppliers. The report is normally supplemented with diagrams and photographs where appropriate. Where appropriate we will also undertake a RULA or REBA assessment so that quantitative data can be obtained. |
