If an employee is returning to work and in receipt of a fit note or you have a staff member that needs to have a return to work ergonomci assessment, then we can help you.
We have been carrying out Return to Assesments for the past 11 years and have helped over 5,000 employees to return or stay in the workplace. We were national advisers for the Access to Work scheme
We have undertaken a wide variety of assessments that range from office workers to surgeons and GPs, engineers, drivers, factory workers etc.

If an individual is returning to work or needs help to stay in work, our assessment service will be able to assist you in the successful workplace accommodaton of the worker. The introduction last year of the new fit note now advises employers that workers may be fit for worker if certain adjustements are put in place. We can advise on workplace adjustments |

| User report |
The report will detail how the disability or medical condition is affected by different tasks, so that accommodations can be consided. A job and task analysis will be undertaken, followed by an analysis of each of the different work areas. The assessment will utilise a quantitative risk assessment tool and the 4EQ model. Based on the assessment detailed accommodations can be suggested. |
