Tips to prevent back pain
Using a computer
- When seated the upper body weight shoud be absorbed by the backrest of the chair this will reduce mechancal load to the lower back
- When multitasking avoid twisting the lower back instead use the chair swivel this way you will be able to obtain a neutral posture where the back joints remain in alignment
