What is an Advanced Workplace assessment?

Today there are a lot of people in the workplace design mix, some good and some bad. As a result, we are seeing an exponential increase in new clients coming to us for advice on retrofits.

Our advice: Don't rush into a design change without considering an advanced workplace assessment that will give independent professional advice that is considered and human centred.

An advanced workplace assessment is not for an individual but examines the total workplace. It evaluates the usability of a new workspace and the tasks to be performed, new services rolled out, new products and technology to be used. By using an evidence-based approach grounded in science, standards and good practice we can work with you to develop an action plan and find the best solution or set of solutions.

Through experiential learning be that training, workshops, coaching which we can develop for you, can ensure staff are prepared for changes, for example: team working (out of silos, communication, engagements and motivation etc) with new technology in new workplace designs.
